• Use as soon as possible, pre-sterilized grain spawn only stays sterile for so long.

1. Inoculate using the injection port. Wait for colonization (2-6 weeks).
2. Once the grain spawn is colonized, mix the spawn into the substrate by manipulating it with your hands from outside the bag. Allow the spawn to colonize the entire bag. 
3. Once the bag is full colonized. Push the kit to fruiting by cutting a few small X’s in the bag near where mycelium has full colonized. Mist the X’s using the fine mist spray bottle.
4. After 7 to 14 days in fruiting conditions, mushrooms will start to grow.
