Were able to produce mushrooms year-round in our temperature controlled fruiting room. Right now our capacity is 200 lbs. of fresh mushrooms per month, with the ability to expand to meet the demands of our clients as needed.
We have a small but efficient operation, with an emphasis on quality over quantity. The mushrooms begin their journey in our culture laboratory, which then make their way to our colonization room and eventually to our HEPA-filtered, temperature and humidity controlled fruiting tent.
