Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and reshipment policy lasts 7 days after the package is delivered. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or reshipment. We are happy to work with any of my customers to reach a positive outcome when it comes to damaged or faulty products.

We guarantee all of our products will arrive damage-free and contamination-free. Once the product is delivered to you with no damage and is contamination-free, we cannot be responsible for any process errors you make to cause the product to become un-successful.

We will provide a refund or replacement package if:

  • Products arrive damaged due to shipping.
  • Products arrive with visible contamination.

 

We will not provide a refund or replacement package if:

  • Products have been used and become contaminated by your own doing.
  • Product did not yield the results you were hoping for.
  • Products have been damaged by you.
